How Skills Work
Skills level up automatically when you complete missions that reward that skill's XP. Each level above a mission's requirement gives you +2% bonus money and XP rewards. This is shown on the Skills page and in mission completion results.
Training
You can also pay money to train skills directly. Costs scale with level ($250 at L1 up to $7,500 at L9). Useful when you need a specific skill level to unlock harder missions.
